How do you invoice?
For new clients, I invoice immediately after each project. I ask for the funds to be paid within two weeks.
For clients providing regular work, I invoice on the last day of each month. Funds are to be paid within 30 days.
I may be willing to consider your own payment systems, within reason.
Invoices will have references relating to each project.

What happens if you go over the word count?
I will always try my best to stick to the word count. Or at least to within 100 words either way, especially if there is little scope to deviate.
I don’t try to pad out the content to charge more. If I do go over the word count without your request, or at least your flexibility, I won’t charge for the extra words.
Please note, if you ask me to expand the content during revisions, this will be charged, to be agreed by you before doing so.

What is not included in your fixed fees?

Extra revisions after the initial two.
Increasing the length of the material upon your request.
Providing images.
Undergoing training upon your request.
Attending video or audio meetings after the initial consultation.
Using products or services prior to writing about them.
